Those tanks are failed design, are they polish?

Btw, on what ocasion do polish have military parades? Liberation Warsaw from Germany, or something?

thats interesting-thought parades like that had stopped completely since the end of the cold war
must have been good to see something that reminds of another era. although i suspect many of the citizens would rather not be reminded of the days of Jaruzelski...
